Hi Alexa — I'm writing up your practice's website as a short case study on my own site, and I only want to use real numbers (nothing made up). If you have them handy, could you tell me — rough is fine, and only what you're comfortable sharing:

  1. Roughly how many new enquiries a month you get now (email / WhatsApp / calls) — and, if you remember, what it was like before the new site.
  2. Roughly how many no-shows or late cancellations a month — before vs now.
  3. Do you get enquiries after hours (evenings / weekends), and does the site help you catch them?

No client names or details — just counts. I'll show you exactly what goes on the page before it's public, and I'm happy to leave anything off.
