Scope (agreed with Vicky, 2026-08-04)

An exact visual replica of her current Wix site, rebuilt on our stack with editable fields. So: a faithful rebuild in the site-rebuild sense — she must recognise her own site instantly, no new art direction. Copy stays verbatim.

Build plan:

Phase 0 extraction — ~/dan-hub/vicky-preview/_source/, per the site-rebuild skill: every page via Wix's pagesMap, copy verbatim, assets at original resolution, BEFORE screenshots at 390/768/1280, then BRAND.md ending in the fidelity contract.
Phase 1 — clone dan-slater/site-template, copy into defaults.ts, her tokens in app.css. Editable from the first commit.
Gate — the review-rebuilt-site skill before she sees it.

⚠️ Font licensing is the one open question. Wix serves licensed faces we can't self-host; an "exact replica" may need the closest free substitute. Extraction names them, then it's a call to make.
