Can I order an email only package?
Our hosting packages all include email accounts, unlimited traffic and SSD storage space. You may choose to use only the email functionality if you prefer, but since our packages are designed for website hosting, this may not be the most cost-effective option for you.
How long do I have to wait after registering a domain before I can upload web files?
It can take up to 72 hours for a domain name registration to propagate worldwide. You can, however, upload your website content as soon as your hosting package is active and you do not need to wait until propagation is complete.
If I transfer to xneelo from another host, will you transfer my website and email for me?
While we can’t do it for you, we’ll help make this process as easy as possible. All you need to do is download a copy of your website (from your current hosting provider). These files can then be uploaded onto our servers. Once you have these files, you’re welcome to reach out to us or you can follow one of our easy how-to’s.
