Blush restyle (library-wide). Palette values remapped to the live site's data-pal='blush' (paper #fdf6f1, ink #42170f, rind #d02825, blush greens); the .page::after top-right white glow is removed (Daniel: "don't like how it fades out on the top right") and the cover wash re-toned to flesh/rind. All variants re-thumbed; all pages still pass the A4 check.
The seal. Page headers + the dark-CTA sign-off now carry the site's stamped-tile lockup (terracotta tile, −2.5°, mono Cradle knocked out in paper, inlined from assets/cradle-mono.svg) instead of the bare mark SVGs.
Growth motif → bunch. Default sprout preset switched from current to the site's updated single-pendent-lychee-bunch drawing (SPROUT_PRESET env still overrides).
New pamphlet: therapists-simple (v1) — Daniel's finalisation cut of the therapist vertical. Two prices only, on the cover: R5 500 activation + R450/mo retainer (the Host/Maintain/Grow ladder is deliberately absent). 6 pages: cover with the offer band → how it works (pay at step 3, retainer from launch) → self-edit panel + the monthly change list → modern build vs Wix/WordPress (outcome-led, stack-agnostic) → peace of mind + the domain-stays-at-your-registrar FAQ (renewal quoted R100–R250/yr — checked: .co.za is R89–R150 at xneelo/domains.co.za; ~R250 is .com territory) → the Leachie close. Passes the A4 overflow check.

Repo initialised. biz/pamphlet-preview is now a git repo (local-only) so every pamphlet version is tracked.
New pamphlet: therapists (v1) — 7-page vertical aimed at therapists & private practice. First-impression + get-found angle, plain-language client-value maths, made-to-measure-vs-template, "it just runs", the "all I need from you" list, R2 500 + R550/mo, a group/medical practice tier (R6 500 up to 5 + R950/mo — proposed, pending Daniel), and "branding polished, not replaced". Passes the A4 overflow check.
Shell → gallery. Rebuilt index.html from the old fixed-height iframe switcher into a mobile-first gallery: cards with cover thumbnails, blurb, page count, version + date, grouped by vertical / tier / client / option (groups are now rendered dynamically — the old shell silently dropped any group it didn't hard-code, which is why therapists was invisible).
Mobile fix. Pamphlet pages now use viewport width=794 so the fixed A4 layout scales to fit a phone. (First attempt used a zoom: calc(100vw/794) media query — invalid CSS, since length÷number is a length, not a ratio.)
Tooling. Added thumbs.mjs (cover-thumbnail generator) and version / updated metadata per variant.

Confirm group-practice pricing (R6 500 / R950/mo proposed).
Confirm therapists new-site price (R3 500 inferred) and whether to make the LTV line concrete with a real session rate.
Decide the remote: keep local-only, or push to a private GitHub repo.
The therapists pamphlet uses R550/mo (Essential), which is the older care-plan number — still unreconciled with the R250/mo volume pivot in biz/DECISIONS.md.
