Marketing context files — read me first

These are the "step 0" context docs the marketingskills library expects: .agents/product-marketing.md is the agency-level master (positioning, ICPs, offer ladder, voice, guardrails — including the unresolved R28k-Repaint vs low-tier-volume pricing conflict), and each file here is one engagement's short brief (who, ICP, stage + whose move, angle, proof, constraints). Every marketingskills skill run must read the master first, then the relevant engagement file, before generating anything.
